NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 0.9-1.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. protein, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. polysulfone, 10-100 pts. wt. metal organic framework, where the graphene oxide is graphene oxide sheet or graphene oxide cluster. The protein is a protein monomer or an oligomeric protein formed from the protein monomer. The protein monomer is a protein monomer with biological proton selective channels, the metal organic framework is a zirconium metal organic framework. USE - The composite material is useful in proton exchange membrane membrane and preparation method for fuel cell for conducting proton and preventing hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent proton conduction capability.
