NOVELTY - Insulated and flame-retardant wheel cover comprises 30-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 40-70 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. sorbitol nucleating agent, 8-15 pts. wt. silicone flame retardant, 4-8 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. polyphenol antioxidant, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. nanofiller, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. PTFE. USE - Insulated and flame-retardant wheel cover. ADVANTAGE - The cover has corrosion resistance, excellent heat-resistant aging performance and reduced product weight to 20-30%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of insulated and flame-retardant wheel cover comprising weighing, mixing polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate, heating at 60-70 degrees C, drying for 12-24 hours, adding sorbitol nucleating agent, silicone flame retardants, polydimethylsiloxane, polyphenol antioxidant and PTFE, heating to 85-95 degrees C, mixing for 30-50 minutes, adding magnetized graphene, heating to 400-450 degrees C, insulating for 10-15 minutes, mixing, cooling, adding carbon fiber and extruding to obtain wheel cover.
