NOVELTY - The boiler has a regenerator which is made of graphene, silicate, pozzolan, graphite, tourmaline, illite, elvan, loess soil, tourmaline, and magnesium, a high-efficiency electric heater, and spiral-shaped copper pipe. A structure unit is provided with a coupling assembly inside heating element made of a spiral-shaped standpipe. The high-efficiency electric heater is placed inside the regenerator, spiral-shaped copper pipe, is provided with mineral refined and blended raw materials. The high-insulation is configured to surround the outside of the regenerator. A first electronic circuit board is configured to control the regenerator. A control unit (400) is configured to control a circulation pump to control heating water, and a high-efficiency electric heater. The control unit is configured to selectively turn on the high-efficiency electric heaters, the circulation pumps, and the control devices according to a user setting. USE - Uni-electric boiler for heating hot water. ADVANTAGE - The boiler utilizes minimum amount of electricity, so that heating and hot water for general homes, factories, schools and farms can be used at a minimum cost, and can be easily used regardless of location and region, and economic and cost aspects can be significantly improved. The boiler can use less than 10 kilowatt of electricity for agriculture and aquaculture, so the economic aspect is quite high.
