NOVELTY - A lithium-ion battery graphene nano sheet-cobaltous oxide composite cathode material comprises graphene nano sheet and cobaltous oxide, where the graphene nano sheet is distributed on cobaltous oxide grain in staggering way. The thickness of graphene nano sheet is 1-50 nm, with mass fraction of 5-90%; and the residue is cobaltous oxide and the particle size of cobaltous oxide is 10-500 nm. USE - Lithium-ion battery graphene nano sheet-cobaltous oxide composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The reverse capacity of the material can be stabilized more than 900 mAh/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of lithium-ion battery graphene nano sheet-cobaltous oxide composite cathode material, comprising dispersing graphite oxide in alcohol-water solution or aqueous solution (10-2000 pts.wt.), performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature for 0.5-12 hours or stirring for 0.5-12 hours, adding (pts.wt.) cobalt salts (0.1-9), alkali (0.1-2) and reducing agent (0.1-1), and adjusting pH of 8-15, stirring and pouring into water hydrothermal kettle; and sealing and reacting for 1-72 hours at 60-300 degrees C, washing and filtering, drying in vacuum at 50-100 degrees C, processing under protection atmosphere at 200-800 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours, and obtaining lithium-ion battery graphene nano sheet-cobaltous oxide composite cathode material.
