NOVELTY - Thermal releasing microcrystalline graphene from microcrystalline graphite solvent, comprises e.g. mixing microcrystalline graphite powder and solvent 1 to obtain suspension 1, loading suspension 1 into closed container, heating at 180-210 degrees C, maintaining temperature, stirring reaction for greater than or equal to 24 hours to obtain suspension 2, cooling suspension 2 to room temperature, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at 0-5 degrees C for greater than or equal to 10 minutes to obtain suspension 3, centrifuging suspension 3, collecting lower precipitate, dispersing in solvent 2, forming homogeneous suspension 4. USE - The method is useful for thermal releasing microcrystalline graphene from microcrystalline graphite solvent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has low cost, wide source raw materials; is simple, economical and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermal releasing microcrystalline graphene from microcrystalline graphite solvent, comprises (i) mixing microcrystalline graphite powder and solvent 1 to obtain suspension 1, where concentration of microcrystalline graphite powder is 1-30 mg/ml, solvent 1 is organic reagent and orthodichlorobenzene mixed solution, where organic reagent is N-methylpyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and/or butyrolactone, (ii) loading suspension 1 into closed container, heating at 180-210 degrees C, maintaining temperature, stirring reaction for greater than or equal to 24 hours to obtain suspension 2, (iii) cooling suspension 2 to room temperature, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at 0-5 degrees C for greater than or equal to 10 minutes to obtain suspension 3, where ultrasonic treatment power is 80-100 W, (iv) centrifuging suspension 3, collecting lower precipitate to obtain precipitate 1, (v) dispersing precipitate 1 in solvent 2, forming homogeneous suspension 4, centrifuging, collecting lower layer precipitate to obtain precipitate 2, where solvent 2 is methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol or n-propanol, (vi) dispersing precipitate 2 in water, forming homogeneous suspension 5, centrifuging, collecting the lower layer precipitate to obtain precipitate 3, (vii) dispersing precipitate 3 in water to obtain homogeneous suspension 6, freezing homogeneous suspension into solid 6 for greater than or equal to 10 minutes and vacuum drying to obtain microcrystalline graphene.
