▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant film temperature sensor of phase change graphene comprises (i) selecting raw material comprising graphene phase change material, polyvinyl alcohol, and emulsifier, (ii) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution, then dispersing the graphene in the polyvinyl alcohol solution and adding emulsifier to obtain graphene-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, (iii) adding phase change material to the graphene-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, and high-speed stirring at a certain temperature to form phase change microcapsules with core-shell structure, (iv) preparing elastic polymer film by spin coating as the base layer, using the emulsion coated with graphene phase change microcapsules as the sensing layer, spin-coating elastic polymer material as the encapsulation layer, and fabricating flexible wear-resistantthin film temperature sensor with a sandwich structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant film temperature sensor of phase change graphene. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: has high flexibility, high elasticity, high heat conductivity, and ultrasensitive temperature responsiveness, and has a capable of adapting complex detection environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible wear-resistantfilm temperature sensor of graphene phase change capsule.
