▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming mixed powder by mixing and grinding metal powder and carrying out high temperature reduction in reducing atmosphere to form a three-dimensional (3D) porous metal substrate. A graphene/porous metal composite material is obtained by adopting chemical vapor deposition process for growing graphene. A bonding agent is added to the mixed powder by a molding process. The metal powder is selected from iridium, platinum, molybdenum, tungsten, zinc, niobium, tantalum, ruthenium, thallium, zirconium, iron, palladium, cobalt, vanadium, copper and rhodium. USE - Method for preparing graphene/porous metal composite material e.g. energy storage material, photovoltaic material and radiating material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables achieving originality and positive scientific significance of the graphene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbon source is selected form methane, ethylene, acetylene, ethanol, ethane, propane and mixed gas source. The protective gas is nitrogen, argon gas, and helium gas. The reducing gas is hydrogen. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photographic view illustrating a method for preparing graphene/porous metal composite material.
