NOVELTY - An antibacterial nylon yarn comprises 2-5 wt.% antibacterial master batch and common master batch supplemented to 100 wt.%, where the antibacterial master batch comprises 20 wt.% graphene oxide/nano-silver antibacterial agent, 0.5-1 wt.% antioxidant and 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant and a polyamide 6 (PA6) carrier resin supplemented to 100% and the common master batch comprises PA6 carrier resin. USE - As antibacterial nylon yarn. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial nylon yarn exhibits excellent antibacterial effect and long-lasting antibacterial performance and inhibits the growth and reproduction of bacteria attached to the antibacterial nylon fabric. The yarn reduces the problems that may affect the health of children due to the continuous reproduction of bacteria on nylon clothing.
