NOVELTY - The method for preparing multifunctional graphene regenerated cellulose fiber, involves slowly adding multi-layer graphene photocatalyst solution to regenerated cellulose solution to obtain mixed solution, filtering spinning in spinning acid bath composed of sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and zinc sulfate, obtaining multi-graphene photocatalyst blended regenerated cellulose fibers, adding multi-graphene photocatalyst blended regenerated cellulose fibers to reductant solution, heating, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional graphene regenerated cellulose fiber for textile and apparel weaving applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of multifunctional graphene regenerated cellulose fiber with excellent hygroscopic properties, excellent dyeing properties, ultra-high-strength, high antistatic properties, excellent far-infrared performance, high antibacterial properties, high efficiency, high yield and excellent energy saving effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing multifunctional graphene regenerated cellulose fiber, (1) involves ultrasonically dispersing multi-layer graphene dispersion and photocatalyst to obtain multi-layer graphene photocatalyst solution, and slowly adding multi-layer graphene photocatalyst solution to regenerated cellulose solution, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, finally, filtering the mixed solution to obtain mixed spinning solution, (2) spinning the spinning solution through wet spinning equipment, carrying out the reaction in spinning acid bath composed of 80-130 g/L sulfuric acid, 260-340 g/L sodium sulfate and 10-25 g/L zinc sulfate at acid bath temperature of 35-50 degrees C, obtaining multi-graphene photocatalyst blended regenerated cellulose fibers, (3) adding multi-graphene photocatalyst blended regenerated cellulose fibers to 1-50 %mass reductant solution in bath ratio of 1:5-1:100, heating at 20-90 degrees C for 100-120 minutes, washing and drying to obtain multifunctional graphene regenerated cellulose fibers. The weight ratio of multi-layer graphene photocatalyst and regenerated cellulose solution is 1:100-1:10.
