NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive graphene-based composite material comprises (i) separately mixing the graphene solution with bacterial cellulose, glass fiber, wollastonite fiber, alumina fiber and/or carbon fiber to form a film, (ii) winding the film in a mold or sequentially placing the linear structure of multiple folded films in mold to obtain embedded film, injecting silica gel containing insulating and thermally conductive filler to obtain thermally conductive composite material or compounding the silica gel containing the insulating and thermally conductive filler on the film to obtain composite film, winding the composite film in a mold or sequentially placing the linear structure of multiple folded composite films in mold. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive graphene-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes adjustment of thermal conductivity according to the folded film spacing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermally conductive graphene-based composite material prepared by above method.
