▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Plastic additive comprises 2-5 pts. wt. graphene composite modified material and 80-100 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate. The graphene composite modified material comprises 10-20% modified graphene oxide powder, 70-80% zinc oxide crystal whisker and 5-15% silicon dioxide. USE - Used as plastic additive based on graphene. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide powder is loaded with doxorubicin hydrochloride and silicon on the graphene oxide; it can make graphene and doxorubicin hydrochloride form hydrogen bond; good strength of plastic; doxorubicin hydrochloride can effectively play role of antibacterial and bacteriostasis; improves heat conducting performance, zinc oxide crystal whisker; has high thermal conductivity, it has less adding amount and good heat conducting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plastic additive, comprising (i) preparing modified graphene oxide powder using Hummers method to prepare graphene into graphene oxide, placing graphene oxide into dimethylformamide, dispersing ultrasonically, adding doxorubicin hydrochloride in the dispersion liquid for ultrasonic oscillating at 60-80degreesC for 3-4 hours, adding nano silicon powder and nano-selenium powder, stirring, reacting for 20-30 minutes, washing by washing solvent and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, grinding modified graphene oxide into powder with particle diameter of 5-20 m; (ii) mixing uniformly modified graphene oxide powder, zinc oxide crystal whisker and silicon dioxide in V-shaped powder mixing machine for 2-3 hours, placing in the VC efficient mixer, mixing for 20-30 minutes, filling liquid nitrogen ball milling in low temperature ballmill and cooling to room temperature in inert gas protection box to obtain graphene composite modified material; and (iii) graphene composite modified material and polymethyl methacrylate in double-screw extrusion for heating, melting, mixing, extruding using double-screw extruder, cooling, drying and granulating.
