NOVELTY - Preparing self-repairing electromagnetic shielding coating fabric under high temperature environment involves modifying γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified ammonium polyphosphate with high degree of polymerization to prepare an integrated catalytic expansion into a carbon unit, dispersing the high-conductivity nano-conductive filler evenly into the solvent, performing certain surface treatment on the fabric to increase the active groups on the surface of the fabric, improving the adhesion of the integrated catalytic expansion into carbon unit and the nano-conductive filler on its surface, then treating the nano-conductive filler on the surface of the fabric. The integrated catalytic expansion unit and the polymer resin are mixed and scraped on the outer layer of the conductive filler, and an electromagnetic shielding composite coating with a double-layer structure is constructed on the surface of the fabric. USE - Method for preparing self-repairing electromagnetic shielding coating fabric under high temperature environment. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the conductivity of the base material, to increase the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the material, satisfies requirement of the self-repairing electromagnetic shielding material under the current high temperature severe environment, provides an effective feasibility for the military industry, aerospace and other products in extreme severe complex environment with good application prospect.
