NOVELTY - Tje preparing electronic skin with high water resistance and robustness involves preparing a sensor by using a laser induced graphene process to form a sensing layer, the silica gel is poured on the sensor, under the action of gravity, the silica gel is penetrated into the porous loose graphene, after the silica gel is cured and formed, the sensor is peeled off from the adopted substrate by the photo-induced graphene process, inverting the sensor, pouring the silica gel at the bottom and solidifying to form a film, forming a crosslinked adhesive structure of the silica gel coated sensing layer, and preparing a conductive layer fixedly connected with the sensor. USE - Method for preparing electronic skin with high water resistance and robustness. ADVANTAGE - The sensing layer and the silica gel form a physical cross-linking and bonding structure, so it has high robustness, environmental tolerance and high water resistance. The electronic skin can realize temperature, pressure, deformation, human pulse and multiple stimulation sensing, can effectively reduce the sensor number and power consumption in the system integration, and is suitable for the design and development of the flexible micro-integrated system.
