NOVELTY - A graphene coating comprises 20-50 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 1-10 pts. wt. melamine-formaldehyde resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-30 pts. wt. aluminum silver paste, 5-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 10-70 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Graphene coating used for steel fastener (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has wear resistance, corrosion resistance property, excellent character, thin thickness, high hardness, good adhesive force, and low friction coefficient. The fastener delays corrosion, and prolongs useful life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene coating comprising adding aluminum silver paste and zinc powder into solvent, stirring, mixing, standing for 1-12 hours to obtain metal powder slurry, adding graphene, filler, urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, wetting dispersant, substrate wetting agent, defoaming agent and solvent with dispersing machine for 25-30 minutes at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute (rpm), transferring into grinder, grinding to fineness of less than 15 mu m to obtain resin slurry, transferring into disperse engine at speed of 500-800 rpm, adding flake orientation agent and delusterant, continuously stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and filtering.
