NOVELTY - The apparatus (100) has a main chamber (101) that is made of aluminum metal with highly reflective stainless steel inner surface and coated with hydrophobic graphene/copper-silver coating on an outer surface to prevent the growth of microorganisms. A door handle (102) is positioned on the outer surface of the apparatus made of copper metal. A set of ultraviolet radiation emitting devices (103) is positioned at the walls and roof of the inner surface to emit short pulses of UV radiation incident on the inner surfaces. An electrical module (104) is positioned at a top of the chamber comprises a control system to regulate the emission of the radiation and audio alert device for alerting doctors and health care workers. USE - Apparatus based on graphene/copper-silver painted ultraviolet radiation for disinfection and sanitization for doctors and other health-workers. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus provides quick disinfection and sanitization for doctors and other health-workers in an effective manner. The apparatus prevents the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) spread between hosts through a multitude of pathways such as through direct physical contact, aerosolized particles in the air and so on, thus reducing severity of symptoms caused due to COVID- 19 with symptoms including loss of taste and smell, fever, severe respiratory distress and in extreme cases even death.
