NOVELTY - A graphene nanocomposite material is obtained by weaving graphene nanofibers and inserting gallium oxide chip during weaving. The graphene nano fiber comprises conductive layer, insulating layer and graphene layer. The insulating layer is coated outside the conductive layer. The graphene layer is coated outside the insulating layer. The graphene layer comprises graphene, polyurethane, ethanol, acetone, composite nanometals, titanium and rare earth metals. USE - Graphene nanocomposite material used as capacitor for energy storage, electronic device and electronic screen. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanocomposite material has reasonable formula and large energy storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene nanocomposite material which involves uniformly mixing ethanol and acetone to obtain mixed solution (A), heating and dissolving polyurethane in mixed solution (A) to obtain polyurethane solution, sequentially adding graphene into polyurethane solution, composite nano metal, titanium and rare earth metal, fully stirring, heating stirred solution at 400-800 degrees C for 1-8 hours, cooling to room temperature, ultrasonically treating for 30-90 minutes by high energy ultrasonic method to obtain graphene polyurethane solution, tightly coating an insulating layer outside conductive layer, spraying graphene polyurethane solution outside the insulating layer to obtain graphene nano fiber, weaving graphene nano fibers into cloth and inserting gallium oxide chip during weaving.
