NOVELTY - Permanent compression resistant sealing ring for carrier roller comprises 80-120 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. inorganic carbon, 5-15 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, 2-8 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant and 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur. The inorganic carbon graphite uses graphite carbon as the carrier. The glass carbon is used for filling and coating the carbon graphite. USE - The sealing ring is useful for carrier roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealing ring: has excellent permanent compression resistance; ensures the sealing effect and enhances the wear resistance and heat resistance of the carrier roller. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing permanent compression resistant sealing ring comprising (a) vacuum dehydrating the polytetrahydrofuran glycol, adding dibutyl tin laurate, stirring uniformly, adding isophorone diisocyanate, reacting for 1-2 hours at 70-80℃, adding graphene oxide, stirring for 5-15 minutes to obtain the pretreated graphene oxide, (b) adding the nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber into the open mill, where the roller temperature of the open mill is 60-80℃, the roller temperature of the open mill is 50-58℃, thinning for 6-10 times at the roller distance of 0.5 mm, adding into the internal mixer, adding sequentially-treated graphene oxide, inorganic carbon, zinc oxide, stearic acid, antioxidant, plasticizer and accelerant, mixing for 1-3 minutes at 50-60℃, discharging to obtain the prefabricated material, (c) adding the prefabricated material into the open mill, adding sulfur to vulcanize, vulcanizing for 10-20 minutes at 120-130℃, raising the temperature to 150-170℃ for 1-2 minutes, cooling to 70-80℃, allowing to stand for 10-20 hours to obtain the vulcanized material and (d) adding the vulcanized material into the vulcanizing machine for pressurizing and forming, where the forming pressure is 12-16 MPa, the forming temperature is 180-200℃, the forming time is 15-30 seconds and obtaining the permanent compression resistant sealing ring.
