NOVELTY - A positive electrode composite comprises a positive electrode current collector comprising a porous carbon substrate, and a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode material formed on the positive electrode current collector. The positive electrode material comprises a cathode active material comprising elemental sulfur, a solid electrolyte, a conductive material, and a binder. USE - Positive electrode composite used in all-solid-state lithium-sulfur battery (claimed) used in electronic devices. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phones, notebook computers, camcorders, electric vehicles, and hybrid electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The collector improves output characteristics and cycle characteristics of the lithium-sulfur battery by including the porous carbon substrate.
