NOVELTY - Synthesizing a graphene mixture comprises: preparing a graphite material by selecting flake graphite with an average size of 100-200 microns; choosing a solvent based on the compatibility between the surface tension of the solvent and the surface energy of graphene; putting graphite in a solvent, shaking well for 10-15 minutes by an automatic shaker system at a shaking speed of 40-50 rpm, graphite being dispersed in the solvent to a concentration of 0.2-1 g/ml, with the ratio of graphite mass:solvent volume of 85-90:15-10%; the mixture obtained is placed in an ultrasonic water bath and treated with ultrasonic frequency of 40-50 kHz, ultrasonic time of 5-8 hours and water temperature maintained at 25-35 degrees C; and stabilizing the mixture after ultrasonic treatment for 8-12 hours, at a room temperature (25 degrees C) to obtain a graphene mixture.
