NOVELTY - Composite cathode sheet comprises a current collector least one surface set with an active coating. The active coating comprises many sheet-shaped active material is vertical surface the current collector and the plane of many sheet-shaped active material are crossed with each other. The sheet-shaped active material comprises at least one of graphite natural artificial graphite, graphene phase carbon micro-sphere, hard carbon, tin metal alloy material, and/or silicon-carbon composite material. USE - The composite cathode sheet is useful for lithium ion battery used in electric device (claimed) e.g. electric vehicle and in solar energy, bio-energy, tidal energy and water energy. ADVANTAGE - The sheet-shaped active substance in the horizontal direction macroscopical upper composite force is zero, so that the active coating and the current collector can be reduced in horizontal direction relative expansion movement, thus avoiding active coating peeling and current collector peeling, and hence solving demoulding problem of active coating. The active coating can be coated according to the thickness requirement of the electric core design, so as to improve the service life and safety of the lithium ion battery. The sheet is provided with an active coating with fast charging and discharging, and is not easy to demould. The ion moving distance can be shortened, and the ion mobility can be improved.
