NOVELTY - Biodegradable and dip-coated woven polyurethane synthetic leather bottom blank comprises base cloth of bottom blank is cotton-polyester blended knitted cloth, which is prepared by(1) pre-impregnating base cloth, (2)coating slurry with biodegradable polyurethane resin on the pre-impregnated base cloth; (3), solidifying biodegradable polyurethane resin on surface of base cloth; (4) base cloth is washed by clean water, and DMF on base cloth is cleaned; (5)preheating, , drying and shaping base cloth to obtain base blank.The pre-impregnation material comprises 80-100 pts.wt. bio-based degradable polyurethane resin, 300-400 pts.wt. DMF (dimethyl formamide) and 5-10 pts.wt.ultrafine graphene, coating slurry comprises 60-70 pts.wt.bio-based degradable polyurethane resin, 30-40 pts.wt. polyurethane resin, 100pts.wt. dimethyl formamide, 5-10 pts.wt.carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-10pts.wt. superfine graphene, 5-10 pts.wt. ramie fiber powder and 2-5 pts.wt. calcium gluconate. USE - Biodegradable and dip-coated woven polyurethane synthetic leather bottom blank used for shoe manufacturing, furniture manufacturing and luggage manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The bio-based biodegradable dipping-coating-scratch knitted fabric polyurethane synthetic leather bottom blank: does not cause pollution to the surrounding environment, and harm to the health of the people; and improves the synthetic leather biodegradation slowly, after using, no matter whether it is by combustion or landfill method for processing synthetic leather, it will cause environmental pollution.
