NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by dispersing solid carbon source into organic solvent to obtain dispersion liquid, carrying out spin coating of dispersion liquid on surface of metal substrate to obtain uniform carbon coating, irradiating with high power density laser beam under inert gas in which carbon atoms of solid carbon source and metal atoms of metal substrate forms solid solution, stopping high power density laser beam irradiation, and cooling metal substrate to obtain supersaturated solid solution in which carbon atoms of supersaturated solid solution precipitate on substrate surface. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process is simple, convenient, fast, safe, and environment-friendly, and has rapid heating and cooling characteristics, and high graphene growth speed. Graphene has high purity.
