NOVELTY - High strength and conductivity composite material comprises copper matrix uniformly distributed in a three-dimensional nanoscale, with a scale of 10-100 nm (preferably 30-80 nm), and graphene has a three-dimensional interconnection network structure in the interior of the composite material, the average number of layers is 1-10 layers. USE - The composite material is useful for fields of electric power, electronics and machinery industry (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising using copper-manganese binary alloy plate or copper-nickel binary alloy plate as anode, and electrochemically etching alloy to obtain nano-porous copper, introducing the carbon source, and uniformly growing graphene on the surface of the nano porous copper, and densified by heat pressure sintering.
