NOVELTY - Passivating agent comprises amine containing compound (I). USE - The passivating agent is useful in passivated perovskite thin film layer for perovskite solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The passivating agent: produces passivated perovskite thin film layer with double-layer passivation structure and perovskite solar cell which has excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Passivating agent comprises amine contaning compound of formula (CnH2n+1)NH2 and (CnH2n+1 )2NC=SS-) (I). n = ≥ 2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for 1. passivation method of perovskite film layer, comprising placing passivating agent on the side of the perovskite thin film layer, and carrying out passivation treatment to complete the passivation of the perovskite thin film layer; 2. passivated perovskite thin film layer, where the passivated perovskite film layer is prepared by the passivation method, the passivated perovskite film layer has a double-layer passivation structure, the double-layer passivation structure includes low-dimensional structure and double-chelate structure; 3. perovskite solar cell comprising passivated perovskite thin film layer, the perovskite solar cell comprises bottom electrode, electron transport layer, passivated perovskite thin film layer, hole transport layer and top electrode stacked in sequence; or the perovskite solar cell includes bottom electrode, hole transport layer, passivated perovskite thin film layer, electron transport layer and top electrode stacked in sequence.
