NOVELTY - Graphite powder and polymer liquid medium are placed and milled in a ball mill, the graphite powder is ground, and a suspension comprising polymer liquid medium and a graphite dispersion liquid is obtained from the ball mill. The suspension is condensed, separated out by precipitation polymerization, or solidified to obtain a polymer/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of polymer/graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables in-situ preparation of polymer/graphene composite, overcoming self-aggregation of graphene as graphene is immediately covered by polymer molecule or polymer generated monomers once generated. Mechanical grinding is carried out in polymer liquid medium to ensure uniform mixing of filler and polymer and effective dispersion of graphene in polymer matrix. Mechanical ball milling is adopted to expand the scale and achieve industrial production.
