NOVELTY - The chirped grating has a non-periodic grating that is sandwiched between two dielectric layers (A). The non-periodic grating includes two dielectric layers (B). A single layer of graphene ( delta ) is sandwiched between adjacent dielectric layers. The thickness of each dielectric layer gradually decreases from the incident direction to the exit direction. The thickness difference between the two adjacent dielectric layers is a fixed constant. The two dielectric layers are silicon dioxide. USE - Graphene array-based chirped grating. ADVANTAGE - The chirped grating has the optical low-pass filtering function and the like.
