NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared using three-roller grinder by putting ceramic crucible filled with expandable graphite in microwave oven for heating, cleaning with deionized water to remove residual acid liquid of raw material, drying at 90-110 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain vermicular graphite with volume expansion of 4-6 times, adding resin to first solvent, stirring to fully swell and dissolve resin to obtain resin solution with viscosity of 50-250 Pa-second, mixing vermicular graphite and resin solution at mass ratio of 3:10-50, uniformly stirring to obtain graphite crude slurry, transferring to three-roller grinder to fully grind to grain diameter of less than 1 mu m, drying to remove solvent and resin to obtain residue, adding second solvent to residue, dispersing, standing, filtering, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene using three-roller grinder. ADVANTAGE - The product has large diameter and less defects. The method can stop control process at any time, is simple and fast without pollution and convenient for mass production, and has low cost and low preparation environment and device requirement.
