NOVELTY - Polyimide composition comprises raw materials such as 70-95 pts. wt. crystalline polyimide resin, 5-30 pts. wt. nano-carbon material, 1- 5 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 0.1-3 pts. wt. nano-whisker, 0 1-2 pts. wt. heat stabilizers, which improves the polyimide material additive manufacturing product has large shrinkage and high porosity it has wide application prospect in the additive manufacturing field. USE - Polyimide composition is useful for additive manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide composition has excellent mechanical properties at high temperature, solvent resistance, heat stability and size stability. The additive manufacturing product has large shrinkage and high porosity. The composition has narrow melting range and lower solution viscosity, and can adjust and control the sintering window. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing composition, which involves: a. crushing the crystalline polyimide polycarbonate resin to obtain the crushed mixture, b. mixing the crushed mixture nano-carbon material nano-whisker heat stabilizer to obtain the polyimide composition; (2) a polyimide component, which comprises polyimide composition is prepared by additive manufacturing.
