NOVELTY - Preparation of thin-wall insulating cable for high wearable track traffic vehicle comprises radiation crosslinking step to form crosslinked polyolefin insulating layer, where process condition of irradiation crosslinking step is determined based on relation curve between irradiation dose of pre-obtained low energy irradiation and product heat extension performance. USE - The method is used for preparing thin-wall insulating cable for high wearable track traffic vehicle (claimed).
