NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene acrylic-polysiloxane coating comprises a main agent and a curing agent at ratio of (23-25):(1-2). The main agent comprises 60-70 pts. wt. an aqueous resin emulsion, 15-20 pts. wt. pigment, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-1 pts. wt. nano materials, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. pH regulators, 2-4 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent I, 0.5-1 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent and 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent II. The curing agent is an aqueous curing agent containing epoxy groups and alkoxy groups. The aqueous resin emulsion is an aqueous acrylic graft modified polysiloxane resin, and the nano material is surface-modified graphene oxide. USE - Used as aqueous graphene acrylic-polysiloxane coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: can be cured at room temperature, reduce energy consumption, and enhance the adhesion and flexibility and other mechanical properties and water, weather and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous graphene acrylic-polysiloxane coating, comprising (i) stirring the film-forming auxiliary agent, the deionized water and the first mass part of the aqueous resin emulsion evenly; (ii) adding the nano material, the pH regulator and the antifoaming agent I into the product of step (i) and dispersing it uniformly; (iii) adding the anti-settling agent into the product of step (ii) and performing uniform dispersion; (iv) adding the pigment and the filler into the step (iii) product and performing uniform dispersion; (v) adding the remaining aqueous resin emulsion into the product of step (iv) and stirring evenly; (vi) adding the wetting and dispersing agent and the antifoaming agent II into product of step (v) by stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the main agent; and (vii) mixing the main agent and the curing agent uniformly.
