NOVELTY - Flexible heat dissipation material comprises 1-20 pts. wt. polymer masterbatch modified by hydroxylated boron nitride nanosheets; 1-20 pts. wt. functionalized graphene; and 100 pts. wt. polymer. USE - Used as flexible heat dissipation material. ADVANTAGE - The invention uses different sizes, different types of hydroxylated boron nitride master batch and dopamine modified graphene maximize the bulk density, reduce the total filler content of the system, to reduce the viscosity of the system and improve the processing performance; and the dopamine modified size graphene 10-20 m, the hydroxylated boron nitride master batch size is 1 m, filler with small size is filled in the gap between the other filler, can establish a connection bridge , it also can reduce the composite material gap and so on, generating synergetic effect, it is easier to form a heat conducting path to improve the heat conducting performance.
