NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic wave shielding thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) involves putting polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG), 1, 4-butanediol, isocyanate, an antioxidant, a yellowing-resistant agent and a catalyst into a reaction vessel under heating to 85-95?oC and continuously stirring. The material is placed into an oven at 75-85?oC, and then cooled and crushed to form TPU broken blocks. The formed TPU broken blocks are put with graphene nanospheres, the graphite, the glass fibers, the spinel ferrite, the ferrosilicon alloy powder, the foaming agent and the dispersing oil into an internal mixer at 75-85?oC. The graphene nanospheres, the graphite, the glass fiber, the spinel type ferrite, the ferrosilicon alloy powder, the foaming agent and the dispersing oil are placed into an internal mixer under stirring continuously, and then discharged, cooled and crushed to form TPU master batch.
