NOVELTY - Composite material comprises reducing graphene oxide, coupling agent modified nano inorganic oxide and nano metal, where the nano inorganic oxide modified by the coupling agent is located between the reducing graphene oxide layers and the nano metal covers the nano inorganic oxide modified by the coupling agent. USE - Composite material used in device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has strongest electromagnetic absorption of 36.4 dB more than the strongest electromagnetic absorption of 29.2 dB at 18 GHz, under the condition of 1-18 GHz, electromagnetic reflection is less than 5dB, and less than the electromagnetic reflection of graphene 15dB.
