NOVELTY - The coater comprises an aluminium foil roll (2) arranged on a base (1), a spraying mechanism (9) and a drying mechanism (10) are disposed between the front tension mechanism and back tension mechanism. The free end of aluminium foil coiling the aluminium foil substrate (100) orderly passes through the front tensioning mechanism. The front tensioning mechanism has first front pressing roller (301) and second front pressing roller (302). The dust removing mechanism, a transmission mechanism (12), a coating mechanism (8) and the spraying mechanism are set on the right of the aluminium substrate. USE - Graphene coated aluminium foil coater. ADVANTAGE - The aluminium foil roll is arranged on a base, a spraying mechanism and a drying mechanism are disposed between the front tension mechanism and back tension mechanism, and hence provides stable performance with strong continuity of coating process, and high processing efficiency.
