NOVELTY - Phased array antenna, comprises a preparation box (1) and a U-shaped plate (2) fixed in the preparation box. The U-shaped plate is equipped with a phased array antenna main body (3). The preparation box is fixed with a heat insulation plate (6). The preparation box is connected with a molybdenum support (8) through a lifting mechanism. The heat insulation plate is connected with a reaction preparation tank (9) through a pushing assembly. The phased array antenna main body is located in the reaction preparation tank. The reaction preparation tank is provided with a preparation mechanism for preparing MPCVD single diamond. The circular plate is fixed with a graphene layer. The molybdenum support is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the circular plate. The temperature insulation plate is provided with a cooling mechanism for cooling outside the reaction preparation tank. USE - The phased array antenna is useful for producing microwave plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) single diamond (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The phased array antenna: is convenient to operate, has excellent cooling and protecting effect.
