NOVELTY - Preparing composite medicine-loaded gel comprises (a) adding pyrrole and dopamine hydrochloride into water, mixing uniformly, adding ammonium persulfate, stirring, reacting, centrifuging, washing to obtain polypyrrole-polydopamine nano composite material, (b) placing the nano composite material in 1mol/l hydrochloric acid solution containing medicine molecule and graphene oxide aqueous solution, centrifuging, absorbing to obtain graphene oxide-polypyrrole-poly-dopamine nano composite medicine loading material and (c) mixing the nano composite medicine -loading material with the aqueous soluble polymer solution, adding calcium chloride solution, stirring and allowing to stand to obtain the composite medicine-loaded gel. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite medicine-loaded gel. ADVANTAGE - The method promotes the formation of composite medicine -loaded gel; slowdowns the sudden release phenomenon in the initial stage of medicine release and ensures that the composite medicine -loaded gel has multiple stimulation responsiveness.
