▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing organic-inorganic ferroelectric polymer composite film comprises (a) dissolving 0.47-4.44 g poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene powder in 10-20 ml tetrahydrofuran and magnetically stirring to form homogeneous solution, (b) adding the ground single crystal lead(II) titanate mesoporous material powder to the uniform solution configured in step (a), where the mass ratio of the single crystal lead(II) titanate mesoporous material powder to poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene powder is 5-20:100 and magnetic stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (c) obtaining mixed solution obtained in step (b) and adding on the graphene/copper high-index crystal plane substrate in a drop wise manner, first spinning at 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 3-10 seconds and spinning at 1500-3000 revolutions/minute for 30-60 seconds and (d) vacuum annealing on spin-coated substrate to obtain an organic-inorganic ferroelectric polymer composite film. USE - The composite film is useful in flexible transducer devices, sensor devices and ferroelectric memory devices. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: has good orientation; and exhibits excellent ferroelectric properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for organic-inorganic ferroelectric polymer composite film is prepared by the above mentioned method.
