NOVELTY - A multi-channel parallel heat pipe comprises a heat pipe having micro diameter and graphene nanofluid used as a working fluid. USE - Multi-channel parallel heat pipe used for air-cooled cooling system for cooling products such as semiconductors, computer devices, drone motors, and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The multi-channel parallel heat pipe has excellent heat exchange efficiency by increasing the heat exchange performance by using the multi-channel heat pipe with micro-size diameter that can increase the heat exchange surface area instead of a single channel heat pipe. By introducing the multi-channel heat pipe into copper chamber having excellent heat transfer performance, more heat can be absorbed and discharged from the heat absorbing portion and the condensing portion.
