NOVELTY - Cosmetic composition comprises graphene oxide as an active ingredient. USE - The cosmetic composition is useful in a quasi-drug composition and a pharmaceutical composition for regenerating skin, improving wrinkle, providing moisturizing or antioxidant effects (all claimed), preventing skin aging, and treating dryness and roughening of skin surface or pigmentation, such as spots and freckles. The quasi-drug composition is used as a body cleanser, a disinfectant cleaner, a detergent, a kitchen cleaner, a cleaning cleaner, a toothpaste, a gargle, a wet tissue, a detergent, a soap, a hand wash, a hair cleaner, a hair softener and a humidifier filler. Test details are described but no results given. ADVANTAGE - The composition is free radical scavenging, maintains moisture content of skin keratin cells, prevents elasticity reduction and skin dryness and has no cytotoxicity, skin improvement effect and pharmacological effect.
