NOVELTY - Quick release graphene device comprises a ultrasonic device (1), a positive graphite electrode (2), a negative graphite electrode and a container (3). The container is filled with a electrolytic liquid. The ultrasonic device, positive graphite electrode and a negative graphite electrode are set in the container. The ultrasonic device is placed between positive graphite electrode and negative graphite electrode. USE - Used as quick release graphene device. ADVANTAGE - The quick release graphene device has good homogeneity, dispersibility and structural performance; is simple, economical and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for releasing graphene using quick release graphene device comprising (i) peeling off graphene using ultrasonic power and synergy, filling a water tank (4) with cooling water, transferring ultrasound device, positive graphite electrode and negative graphite electrode in a container, filling with an electrolyte and opening a program voltage controller (5); (ii) applying ultrasonic waves from ultrasound device, controlling positive and negative graphite electrode through the program voltage controller and reverse voltage, where the forward voltage time is 10 minutes and reverse voltage time is 20 minutes; and (iii) completing the reaction when the voltage is zero, sorting large particles of impurities manually, filtering electrolyte solution and collecting precipitate, washing and freeze-drying, to obtain 85-99.5% pure graphite block or graphite plate.
