▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Colloidal solution of a liquid dielectric medium, comprises colloidal mixture having a liquid dielectric medium, and at least one of graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNT) suspended in the liquid dielectric medium, where the stabilizer is added in the colloidal mixture. USE - The colloidal solution is useful for liquid dielectric capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The colloidal solution enhances the capacitance value of capacitors that uses liquid dielectric medium, and provides enhancement of the capacitance value of the capacitors without altering the other structural features of the capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the colloidal solution of a liquid dielectric medium, involving drying at least one of graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNT) overnight in a hot air oven, dispersing at least one of graphene and CNT in a liquid dielectric medium to produce a colloidal mixture, performing mechanical stirring and ultrasonic agitation on the colloidal mixture, and adding a stabilizer based on the concentration of the graphene and CNT in the liquid dielectric medium and the quantity of colloidal mixture to produce the product; and (2)a liquid dielectric capacitor comprising brass base, nano-colloidal dielectrics arranged within cavity and brass top cap, where the brass base comprises a cavity formed by a Teflon (RTM: PTFE) ring arranged on the brass base, the nano-colloidal dielectrics comprises one of an anhydrous graphene or CNT in silicone oil, and the brass top cap is mounted on the brass base for sealing the cavity.
