NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 0.1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. silver-plated hollow glass beads, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. additives, and 1-5 pts. wt. pigments and fillers. The curing agent is composed of 3-8 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst and 5-10 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Electromagnetic shielding coating. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding coating improves high density of shielding coatings, easy sedimentation of conductive fillers, poor coating adhesion, electrical conductivity and high cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electromagnetic shielding coating, which involves: (A) adding 30-50 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. additives to a tank with stirring; (B) adding 0.1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. hollow glass beads and 1-5 pts. wt. pigment with stirring uniformly at high speed; (C) grinding with a grinder to a fineness of 50 mu m to obtain main paint; (D) adding 3-8 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. catalyst and 5-10 pts. wt. solvent to the tank with stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a curing agent; (E) mixing the main paint and curing agent to form a coating layer; (F) adding diluent to adjust construction viscosity; and (G) atomizing by ordinary air spray equipment.
