NOVELTY - Laminated multipurpose pipe (1) comprises: a first epoxy layer (2); a second epoxy layer (3); an antimicrobial layer (4); and a junction (5). The epoxy coating provides frictionless passage of water and adjusts the thermal gradient arise due to variation in the temperature the antimicrobial coating to prevent the growth of the microorganism. The laminated multipurpose pipe is a steel pipe. The antimicrobial layer is a copper-germanium nanocomposite layer. USE - The pipe is useful in house hold drainage system, factory drainage system, sewer drainage system and other drainage systems and water supply systems. ADVANTAGE - The pipe: has anti-microbial characteristics, sealant characteristics, water proof high strength, excellent adhesion to various substrates, chemical and solvent resistance, less prone to head loss, higher durability and serviceability; adopts the first epoxy layer that purifies water that passes through near the junction; adopts second epoxy layer to protect the pipe from minor cracks and leakages; utilizes graphene and epoxy film to provide stability against corrosion, thermal gradients, and microbial activities.
