NOVELTY - The piece has a piece body provided with a cathode current collector that is coated with a composite material cathode, a porous graphene and a cathode material. The porous graphene is coated on a surface of the cathode main material. The porous graphene represents a weight ratio of the porous graphene and a volatile component of the porous graphene. A sheet diameter distribution parameter of the porous graphene is represented, where weight of the porous graphene is greater than or equal to 0.5 % in a cathode plate. USE - Cathode pole piece for use in a secondary battery and an electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The piece has better generalization effect and low cost, and effectively improves performance of a battery, battery low temperature performance and dispersing ability, and effectively reduces agglomeration of nanometer material, pole piece internal resistance and ion transmission path and avoids micron-sized sheet diameter of a graphene sheet. The piece optimizes ion conductivity, and improves low temperature lithium rate.
