NOVELTY - The method for preparation of antistatic paint, involves dispersing sulfonated graphene, 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene and polyethylene glycol in deionized water, adding oxidizing agent and catalyst to prepare modified poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate, sequentially adding aromatic urethane acrylates, silicone resin, dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, diluents, leveling agent, graphene, magnesium chloride, nano silver powder and organic bentonite in high-speed disperser and stirring evenly for 15-60 minutes. USE - Method for preparation of antistatic paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of antistatic paint having characteristics of self assembly, ensures high efficient conductive network, high light transmittance and high conductivity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparation of antistatic paint, involves weighing 5 pts. wt. modified poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonic acid, 15 pts. wt. aromatic urethane acrylate, 10 pts. wt. silicone resin, 10 pts. wt. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 45 pts. wt. diluent, 0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 15 pts. wt. graphene, 5 pts. wt. magnesium chloride, 5 pts. wt. nano silver powder and 0.5 pt. wt. organic bentonite, dispersing sulfonated graphene, 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene and polyethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 2:3:0.1 in deionized water at 35 degrees C to obtain 0.05 wt.% concentrated mixed solution, adjusting pH to 4.5, stirring at 500 rpm, adding oxidizing agent and catalyst, continuously stirring for 10-72 hours to prepare modified poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate, dispersing modified poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate in high speed dispersing machine at 1000 rpm, stirring for 60 minutes, sequentially adding aromatic urethane acrylates, silicone resin, dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, diluents, leveling agent, graphene, magnesium chloride, nano silver powder and organic bentonite in high-speed disperser and stirring evenly for 15-60 minutes. The weight ratio of oxidizing agent and 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene is 1:2. The mass of the catalyst and 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene is 0.01:1.
