▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing thick electrode film with high conductive agent content comprises (i) mixing by wet milling to obtain submicron-to-nano-scale mixture slurry in which the conductive agent, active material, and coating agent are uniformly mixed, (ii) obtaining micron-sized to millimeter-sized mixture powder with uniform density and particle size through spray drying, (iii) mixing the mixture powder with the hydrophobic solid binder powder, heat-treating at certain temperature, and realizing the coating of the coating agent on the surface of the active material and the bonding of the binder and the powder, (iv) air-milling the powder at high speed to make the binder therein fibrillated to obtain agglomerate powder in the state of cotton candy, and (v) compounding the thick electrode film with high conductive agent content on the electrode current collector through conductive glue after one hot roll forming. USE - The method is useful in aqueous metal ion secondary battery as green, safe and low-cost energy storage system. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the thickness of the electrode membrane prepared by the traditional technique is thin, carbon conductive agent content is low, and can be introduced hydrophobic bonding agent for inhibiting the anode of the material in the near neutral aqueous battery circulation stability problem, so as to solve the near neutral aqueous battery circulation instability problem, and the related process can improve the consistency of the pole piece. The method provides thick electrode film with high conductivity and better flexibility, wetting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for metal-ion battery using near-neutral aqueous electrolyte.
