▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The tire (100) has a tread portion (110) with at least an area in contact with a road surface when a vehicle is driven, and sidewall (180) arranged adjacent to the tread portion and with an area spaced apart from the road surface. A cap ply is arranged inside the tread portion and includes a first layer containing graphene and a second layer adjacent to the first layer and containing rubber. The second layer of cap ply is formed to face at least one side and other side of the first layer. USE - Tire for mounting on vehicle. ADVANTAGE - Reduces weight of the cap ply effectively and improves fuel efficiency of a vehicle equipped with tire since first layer contains graphene and second layer is adjacent to the first layer and arranged to surround the first layer. The durability of first layer containing graphene is easily improved while maintaining the overall thickness of cap ply, thus damage to the first layer is easily reduced or prevented by covering the first layer with the second layer. The deformation or damage is reduced or prevented since increase in thermal expansion coefficient of the cap ply is suppressed due to low thermal expansion coefficient of the first layer containing graphene, thus durability of the tire is improved and life span is increased. Improves heat generation characteristics and control characteristics of the tire by increasing the heat conduction characteristics of cap ply through the first layer, thus improves running stability and durability of the tire.
