NOVELTY - Oxygen-resistant and aging-resistant modified natural rubber comprises the preparation of raw material includes 100 pts. wt. natural latex, 1.6-5.5 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. surfactant, 3-7 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. chelating agent and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. solidifying agent. The filler comprises oxidized graphene, montmorillonite and/or rare earth. USE - Used as oxygen-resistant and aging-resistant modified natural rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has excellent aging-resistant and mechanical strength; improves the application range of the natural rubber; has antioxidant and aging resistance; improves the use cycle time at high temperature and prolongs the service life of natural rubber product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing oxygen-resistant and aging-resistant modified natural rubber comprising (1) adding the filler and coupling agent into the stirring device for stirring to obtain mixed filler, (2) adding the mixed filler, natural latex, chelating agent, surfactant agent into the ultrasonic device for ultrasonic dispersion, adding coagulator to mix and pressing to obtain film and (3) drying the film to obtain the oxygen-resistant and aging-resistant modified natural rubber.
