NOVELTY - Shape memory piping material with high thermal creep resistance comprises 100 pts. wt. polybutene-based resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0-15 pts. wt. dye, 0-15 pts. wt. filler, 0.01-5 pts. wt. initiator, and 0.02-10 pts. wt. co-initiator. USE - The shape memory piping material with high thermal creep resistance is used in non-excavation lining repair of oilfield pipelines and non-excavation lining repair of civil water pipes. ADVANTAGE - The pipe material: has shape memory function after being melted and extruded, changes shape under the action of external force, and can restore the original shape at a stimulating temperature of 100-190°C; is applied in a high-temperature environment of 90-100°C, and has outstanding high-temperature heat-resistant creep performance and oil resistance; has shape memory function, and is used for non-excavation lining repair of oilfield pipelines and non-excavation lining repair of civil water pipes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing shape memory piping material with high thermal creep resistance, comprising (i) mixing polybutene-based resin, antioxidant, dye, filler, initiator, and co-initiator in high-speed mixer at 60-120°C under 500-1500 revolutions/minute for 2-30 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed mixed material, (ii) adding the obtained mixed material into screw extruder, set screw rotation frequency to 5-15 Hz, the temperature of the first zone to 150-210°C, the temperature of the second zone to 160-220°C, the temperature of the third zone to 150-210°C, the die temperature to 160-200°C, and the pipe is prepared by melt extrusion, and (iii) pulling the pipe at pulling speed of 2-10 revolutions/minute, where the vacuum sizing pressure is 0.005-0.05 MPa, and the setting temperature is -15°C to -60°C to obtain shape-memory liner with high heat resistance and creep resistance.
