NOVELTY - Low-temperature resistant memory cotton comprises 80-110 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 30-50 pts. wt. modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-2 pts. wt. opening agent, 0.6-1 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. water, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. modified graphene and 1.5-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate is obtained by modification of polyether polyol. The modified graphene is polyisocyanate grafted graphene. USE - The memory cotton is useful in production and processing of pillows (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The memory cotton: is not easy to harden when used in low-temperature environment; and has high comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the low-temperature resistant memory cotton, comprising (i) uniformly mixing water and silane coupling agent, and adding modified graphene and carbon fiber powder and mixing them to obtain the initial mixture A, (ii) adding modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the initial mixture A, and stirring until uniform to obtain reaction material B, (iii) stirring and mixing polyether polyol, catalyst, opening agent and foam stabilizer at 80-85 degrees C to obtain mixture C, and (iv) adding mixture C to reaction material B, stirring and uniformly mixing, degasing at 80-85 degrees C, entering the mold for foaming and curing, and demolding to obtain low temperature resistant memory cotton.
